Since the early 90's, hsbcad has been extending Autodesk based products with industry specific modeling tools, automated annotation and reporting, and CNC machine interfaces.

hsbcad converts CAD to production for heavy timber, stick-frame, log, SIP, CLT, light-gauge steel, and other construction methodologies. hsbcad.us is my portal for news and information on hsbcad products in North America and Australia.

About me:  From 1995-2001 I owned and ran Precision Structures, a residential design-build firm specializing in traditional timber frames but also providing full turn-key construction services. From 2001-2007 I was CAD Manager for Timbercraft Homes overseeing the design department and was instrumental in moving the office from 2d to fully 3d design. Since 2007 I've worked directly with Woodsoft Solutions in Montreal as a developer, support technician, and applications specialist. 

I live in downtown Seattle, when not behind a keyboard I can be found pursuing photography, hiking, mountain biking and camping in the NW. I am also quite passionate about creating delicious food and sourdough. I can be contacted at cc<at>hsbcad.us
